Our Chocolate Shop activity is not only one of the most indulgent experiences participants will ever have, but also an effective ice breaker that stimulates creativity and encourages pride in work.
The day begins with a fun and informative introduction to the process and history of chocolate making, during which time groups will be able to sample our professional chocolatier’s homemade wares. Next comes the messy bit. Under the watchful eye of our expert chocolatier, participants will be given their own pot of ganache to experiment and play with.
Using the additional equipment provided, include heating & mixing elements and a marble slab to cool the chocolate; as well as having access to a huge selection of ingredients in our sweet shop, individuals can dip, decorate, create and taste until their heart’s content.
The result? A personalised collection of chocolates to take home in a ribbon-tied box for each participant and a revitalised group as a whole.
