One of our oldest clients asked us to create a memorable Japanese inspired client drinks reception at a roof top bar in central London.

Our client wanted to impress their guests so we needed to find a unique venue and transform it into an immersive Japanese experience. The Grange, St Paul’s was perfect due to stunning views of St Paul’s cathedral and ideal central location. We utilised the light and open function space and brought nature inside through the use of full size stunning cherry blossoms trees, Kokedama hanging plants and the creation of a bamboo drinks bar.

Every aspect of the event was personalised, from branding the bar, actual venue infrastructure and table football tables to an entire bespoke menu, working hand in hand with our client to promote their business interests and achieve the events goal.

As the evening progressed, we created a games room with a state of the arts driving simulator and branded table football table, keeping all remaining guests entertained for hours.
