The client wanted to create an evening that would truly wow their employees, rewarding them for years worth of hard work, motivating and inspiring them to continue producing excellent work

Once we had settled on creating a magical wizarding world, we needed a venue that would help bring to life our elaborate vision and fully transform guests. The Grand Hotel at Eastbourne was selected for its ornate dining room and unique/special location.

On the night, guests were brought into a mystical great hall where smoke filled the floor, candles floated and a giant spider climbed down from the balcony. Guests had the opportunity to take part in a range of have a go activities throughout the evening including Pick your Poison and were entertained throughout dinner by watching colleagues fail and succeed at time pressured games testing agility and speed.

The clients were so thrilled with the outcome and it will always be one of HeadStart’s favourite events. When the event came to life, it made all the weeks of hard work worth it, the event truly was magical to witness.
